SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

 All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

 Shipping is via Australia Post.

 

 Free shipping Australia Wide on greeting cards.

 

At this time I do not ship outside of Australia.

 Returns accepted up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, a refund will be given for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible  with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition.

 

This is addressed these on a case-by-case basis but I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
