HOW I CAN HELP YOU AS A COACH
As a coach, I wear a couple of hats.
I have a passion for helping people tackle and complete creative projects, big and small.
As an ex health care worker, I am deeply drawn to helping healthcare workers break through barriers before they break down or burn out.
My 1:1 approach ensures that each session is focused solely on you and your goals. Whether it's exploring new career opportunities, completing projects big or small, or developing self-care strategies, we'll work together to create a plan that works for you.
Together, we will explore barriers holding you back, uncover your blind spots, and clear limiting beliefs so you can move forward in action. The ultimate goal is to empower you, so that you can lead a fulfilling life on your own terms.
I provide a safe, confidential and supportive environment so you can focus, and take action.
With a 40+ year nursing career behind me - I understand the importance of individualised care and support. With my years of experience in healthcare, creativity and coaching, I am able to provide a unique combination of services that will help you reach your goals.
